Local signatures and hash links are checked separately from optional external Exochain anchoring. When configured, that external check has its own pending, completed, or failed status.
Keep private evidence separate
Public-safe proof excludes prompts, model responses, and private source evidence. Access to richer records requires authorization where they are retained.
